This policy covers every Obby app: Obby Thai, Obby French, Obby Russian, Obby English, Obby Spanish, Obby German and Obby Italian.
Obby apps collect no data. None. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, and no server the app talks to.
Your learning progress (XP, streaks, review schedule, achievements) and your settings (language pair, theme, and the optional birthday you may enter for one achievement) are stored only on your device. They never leave it, and we cannot see them.
If you use your phone's own backup service (iCloud Backup on iOS, Google backup on Android), your progress is included in that backup like any other app data. That backup is governed by Apple's or Google's privacy terms, not by us — we have no access to it.
The app works fully offline. All learning content, including audio, ships inside the app.
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.
If a future version ever changes any of the above, this page and the store listings will be updated before that version is released.
